Exchange for Mis-ships
Because I don't always get it right, I offer a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to notify me that the item you received was not as described on the web site or I sent you the wrong item. The item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

Damages in Shipment
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately at putteringpotternw@gmail.com if the item is defective or damaged. If the item is broken in shipping, all you need to do is provide a photo of the item and the packaging and I'll issue a refund for the full price.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Other the the mis-ship situation and the shipping damage noted above, all sales are final.
